We want you to be fully satisfied with your HAYLAK gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:
Eligibility: Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Ammunition and other regulated items are non-returnable once dispatched, in line with legal requirements.
How to start a return: Contact us via WhatsApp or the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange pickup or drop-off.
Refunds: Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, or as store credit, within 5-7 business days of receiving the item back.
